Welcome to Bravo Cleaning Services. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Bravo Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Office & Commercial Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Airbnb & Short Stay Cleaning
  • Facility & Condominium Cleaning

Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and operational capacity.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Property size
  • Cleaning conditions
  • Frequency of service
  • Additional requested services

Quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Bravo Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the agreed invoice terms.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Invoice payment
  • Other approved methods

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
  • Secure valuable or fragile items

Bravo Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, Bravo Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damages
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be subject to Dutch jurisdiction.
